Why Appoint an Arbitrator?
Arbitration is faster and economical than traditional litigation. It is also time-efficient, cost-effective and provides more privacy. Captain John P. Menezes has been practicing maritime arbitration since 2013. By appointing an arbitrator one will be consenting to a private dispute resolution process. One will not have to worry about going through the hassle of the court process. The entire matter of the dispute will be quickly resolved through arbitration than if one tried to go to court over the same issue.
