Why Appoint an Arbitrator?

Arbitration is faster and economical than traditional litigation. It is also time-efficient, cost-effective and provides more privacy. Captain John P. Menezes has been practicing maritime arbitration since 2013. By appointing an arbitrator one will be consenting to a private dispute resolution process.
